Lavish Packages...
Lavish Platinum Package
The platium package consists of complete wedding planning (including
unlimited phone and email contact, planning and design of each aspect
of your wedding!), budget preparation and management, as well as 2
hours on the day of your rehearsal, a wedding planner and one
assistant for up to 10 hours on the day of your wedding to direct
your wedding ceremony and reception from beginning to end, to set
up, to tear down, and to clean up! This is the ultimate package for the
client who wants to be worry-free and a guest at their own wedding!
Lavish Gold Package
The gold package consists of everything the platinum package has, but
without the direction of the rehearsal and the wedding ceremony.
Simply put, this is complete reception planning and day-of
coordination. In many cases, the ceremony site is accustomed to
directing the rehearsal and the ceremony without the assistance of an
outside planner. If this is the case, or if you need Lavish for a
non-wedding event, the Lavish gold package would be perfect for you!
Lavish Silver Package
The silver package is ideal for the bride or party host/hostess who
has most of their ideas and planning in order, but just needs help
ensuring that all goes smoothly on the day of the event. This package includes up to 3-one hour meetings with a lavish professional prior to the event, as well as confirming all vendors for the event 2 weeks prior. The Silver package also allows for one planner and one assistant for up to 10 hours on the day of the event to set-up, direct, and tear-down the reception site.

Q: Why hire a event planner?
A: At Lavish, we truly believe that everyone deserves to host the event of the century AND enjoy
it! So often we see people who choose NOT to hire a planner lose sight of what their event is all
about. A host/hostess that does not have a planner is left to do all the work on their own. If you
are doing all the work for your event, you can't sit back and enjoy it! We want you to have fun!
More importantly, however, is that a professional event planner has the experience and know-
how to handle the inevitable obstacles that will present themselves at your event. It will happen.
Our job is to make sure that nobody notices! A Lavish Professional has the expertise needed to
make sure you not only survive your event, but you and your guests love every second of it and
are pleased by every aspect of the experience.
Q: Aren't event planners only for celebrities? I can't afford something like that on my budget!
A: WRONG! You can't afford NOT to hire a planner. A professional planner has the
knowledge to save you from blowing your budget on unnecessary expenses, not to mention the
networking you need to get discounted pricing from your vendors! At Lavish, we know how to
negotiate pricing contracts, what corners can be cut, and what corners cannot! Also, our pricing
packages are customized to fit each client's budget and needs. At Lavish, we are also able to set
up payment plans that work for you. We can work with virtually any budget and get you the
help you need to produce a Lavish Event! Schedule your free consultation with Lavish to see how
much money we can save you. The expenses of not hiring us are far more than what you will pay
to work with us! Simply put, you give us your total budget, and we will ensure that your wedding stays at that budget, INCLUDING our fees!
Q: How far in advance do I need to book my event with Lavish?
A: You should contact Lavish as soon as you know the date of your wedding or event. We do
book up rather quickly! The typical client will book us approximately 10-12 months in advance
for a wedding, and 4-6 months in advance for non-wedding event. However, if we have your
date available, we are willing to accept clients whose events are as soon as 3 weeks away!
Q: Where is Lavish Events Located?
A: Lavish Events is based out of Erie, Pennsylvania, although we have wedding planners and
event planners in such locations as Erie, PA, Pittsburgh, PA, and Las Vegas, NV. Lavish
Planners are available for travel within the continental United States, or internationally if
booked at least 12 months in advance. In short, Lavish Events is everywhere you want us to be!
Q: What can I expect out of the consultation appointment? What information do I need to get started?
A: Your consultation appointment will typically last for 45 minutes to one hour. A Lavish
Planner will get to know you and ask you some questions about what you see for your event. We
will then discuss the steps that will be taken to ensure that you recieve the best possible value for
your money. You will be issued a questionnaire prior to the consultation appointment so that
you can take a few minutes to really think about different aspects of your event and discuss them
with our planner during your appointment. If you do decide that Lavish is the right path for
you to follow, a small deposit will be required in order to reserve your date with us and ensure
that we cannot book another event for your date. It will also allow us to begin the planning
process. Deposits will vary depending on the event, but typically range from $300 to $500.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: At Lavish, we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express all via PayPal.
We also accept cash payments and personal checks.
Q: How involved will the Lavish Planner be in the planning process?
A: A Lavish Planner can be involved as much or as little as needed. Remember, each package
is customized. So if you simply need help managing your guest list and R.S.V.P's, there's a
plan for you!
Q: How much does it cost to hire a Lavish Planner?
A: At Lavish Events, we pride ourselves on being honest, fair professionals. We allow each
client to choose from a standard package, and then customize it to suit your needs. We then
analyze approximately how much time it will take us to plan your event, and approximately how
many planners will be needed. We also take into consideration how many months away your event is. We then formulate a customized quote for each client based on their needs for our services and quote you fairly. Our rates start at $1,200 for the Lavish Silver Package (up to 10 hours day-of coordination), and increase according to your needs. We are worth every penny!
Q: How do I become a part of the Lavish Team?
A: First off, congratulations on wanting to become a part of the event planning industry! It's a
challenging and rewarding career. To become a professional Lavish Planner, we do require an
event planning certification from an accredited program, as well as at least 2 years experience in
the industry. We do, however, offer an internship/assistant program that would not require as
